Globe valve V30 has a bolted construction.
The body and the bonnet are made of castings.
The seats of body and disc are hardfaced with stainless or wear-resistant material.
The stem is of stainless steel.
The connection of the gate valves is according to EN, DIN, ANSI (ASME), GOST implemented by:
- flanged;
- with butt welding type „BW;
The operation of the globe valve is performed by:
- Manual operation:
- manual handwheel
- manual gearbox.
- Electric operation:
- with electric actuator (pneumatic actuator) according to the requirements of the working conditions and these of the client.
The tests of the gate valves are carried out in accordance with EN12266-1,2 or according to the working conditions and customer’s requirements.
The globe valves V30 The gate valves S38 can be installed in any position. When installing a globe valve equipped with an electric actuator, the manufacturer's installation requirements for the electric drive must be observed.
