Technical description
- The piston check valve A30 is constructed with a monolithic body, inside which is located the closing piston (plunger).
- The body is made of forging, the bonnet of rolled bar.
- The seats of body and closing piston are welded on with wear-resistant material
- The piston is made of stainless corrosion-resistant steel grade W№1.4541 / X6CrNiTi18-10.
- The connection is with butt welding type "BW" according to DIN, GOST, ČSN.
- The operation of piston check valve A30 is automatic.
- The tests of the check valve are carried out in accordance with the standards for valves intended for nuclear power plants or according to the working conditions and customer requirements
- The piston check valves A30 can be installed in any position, and the installation must be considered with the marking (arrow) showing the direction of the flow (working medium).
- Repairable shape of body seat, without dismounting from the pipeline
- Monolithic stainless steel closing piston for wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
