KiP Globe valve V46.0
Shut-off (manometric) KiP globe valve V46.0, pressure seal bonnet, sizes from DN8 to DN15, pressure up to PN250, working temperature up to 600°C
Application
- Working medium: water, water steam (overheated steam) and other non agressive liquids and gasses
- Application: classical and nuclear energy; chemical industry.
- Seismic Resistance: I-st class, according to IEC 980, IEEE 382, EN 60068-2-6;
- Class of safety: 3-rd, according to NP-068-05, NP-001-15.
Technical description
- The globe valve V46.0 is constructed with a monolithic body, inside which the spacer-back seat of stainless steel is located.
- The body is made of forging from stainless, corrosion-resistant steel grade W№1.4541 / X6CrNiTi18-10.
- The seat of the stem (the disc) is welded with wear-resistant, hard alloy material.
- The stem is made of special high temperature resistant steel.
- The connection of the globe valves is according to EN, DIN, ANSI (ASME), GOST implemented by:
- butt weld type BW;
- with threaded ends;
- with union connections;
- combined (with different connections). - The operation of the globe valve is manual with handwheel.
- The tests the globe valves are carried out in accordance with EN12266-1,2 or according to the working conditions and customer’s requirements.
- The globe valves V46.0 can be installed in any position, but the installation must comply with the marking (arrow) indicating the direction of the fluid (working medium).
- The globe valve has has pressure seal design.
- Monolythic stem (spindle) - strength, stability and wear resistance.
- Isolated stem nut from the working fluid, compared to the other constructions of KiP valves.
- Unified design from DN8-15, providing the possibility of lower cost of spare parts.
- Permanent stock availability of spare parts.
