Forged globe valve V40
Forged globe valves V40, bolted bonnet, sizes from DN10 to DN65, pressure up to PN250, working temperature up to 530°C, according to the requirements of European Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment.

Technical description
- Globe valve V40 has a bolted construction.
- The body and the bonnet are produced of forgings.
- The seats of body and disc are of stainless steel or welded on wear-resistant material
- The stem is of stainless steel.
- The connection of the gate valves is according to EN, DIN, ANSI (ASME), GOST implemented by:
- with butt welding type „BW”;
- with welding type SW;
- with flanged ends;
- with threaded ends - The operation of globe valve V40 is performed by:
- Manual operation: - manual handwheel
- Electric operation:
- with electric actuator (pneumatic actuator) according to the requirements of the working conditions and these of the client - The tests of the gate valves are carried out in accordance with EN12266-1,2 or according to the working conditions and customer’s requirements.
- The globe valves V40 can be installed in any position, but the installation must comply with the marking (arrow) indicating the direction of the fluid (working medium). When installing a gate valve equipped with an electric actuator, the manufacturer's installation requirements for the electric drive must be observed.
Cast steel globe valves V40 have a simplified and economical construction.
