Forged check valves Z15, Z16
Forged check valves, Z15 without spring, Z16 with spring, bolted bonnet, sizes from DN10 to DN65, pressure up to PN250, working temperature up to 530°C, according to the requirements of European Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment
Application
- Working medium: water, water steam (overheated steam) and other non-aggressive liquids and gasses.
- Application: energy and chemical industry.
Technical description
- The forged check valves Z15, Z16 have bolted construction.
- The body and bonnet are produced of forgings.
- The seats of body and closing piston are produced of stainless steel or hardfaced with wear-resistant material.
- The piston is of stainless steel.
- The connection of the check valves is according to EN, DIN, ANSI (ASME), GOST implemented by:
- with butt welding type „BW”;
- with welding type SW;
- with flanged ends;
- with threaded ends. - The operation of check valves Z15 and Z16 is automatic.
- The tests of the piston check valves are carried out in accordance with EN12266-1,2 or according to the working conditions and customer’s requirements.
- The check valve Z15 is installed in horizontal position, check valve Z16 is installed in vertical (angle) position. The installation must comply with the marking (arrow) indicating the direction of the fluid (working medium).
- The forged check valves Z15 и Z16 have simplified and economic construction.
